Fiberlay Inc. Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for choosing Fiberlay Inc. We strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please take a moment to review our Returns and Refunds Policy, which outlines the terms and conditions for returning items.

Return Policy

You have a period of Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, please follow these steps:

1. Fill out the warranty/returns form located on our website.
2. Await approval from a member of the Fiberlay Inc. team. Failure to complete this step may result in extended delays and/or additional fees.
3. Ensure that the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
4. Include your order number and packing slip with proof of purchase.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and shipping costs on returns are nonrefundable.

Special Order Items

All sales of special order items (such as custom and built-to-order products) are final and nonrefundable. However, special circumstances may apply for a return. Please contact Fiberlay Inc. for additional information.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of its status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 24-48 hours or up to 4 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Restocking Fee

Please be aware that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be communicated to you when your refund is approved.

Warranty Policy

At Fiberlay Inc., our priority is to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products and services. If you receive a product that falls short of the manufacturer’s intended standards and is covered under their warranty policy, please contact us for assistance with the claim process. However, please note that if your item is no longer covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policy or if your actions have violated the warranty policy, we may be unable to accommodate your request.

Important Note:

Many manufacturers consider mounted or installed products to be in immediate violation of their warranty/claim policies. Therefore, we strongly advise thoroughly inspecting all items for damage before installation, as once installed, it may not be possible to file a warranty claim.
