Once completed, you will be able to purchase using the auto-generated temporary customer number. Our Sales team will be reaching out to you shortly to assist with the creation of a username according to Fiberlay's customer account naming convention, as well as to discuss discounts. Your username will allow you to access our online portal, where you can conveniently place orders, track shipments, and access valuable resources.

Accounts Payable Contact

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All accounts are prepaid until a credit application has been completed, reviewed and approved. If the Customer fails to pay invoices in full when due, the Customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attorneys fee.
Any balance so remaining unpaid shall bear interest at the lesser rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or to the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, until paid in full. If suit or action by an attorney is instituted, Customer agrees to venue in Sarasota, Florida.
The Customer consents to the release of credit history, and Fiberlay is authorized to contact any or all of the references or any other source regarding the Customer's credit standing. If allowed credit limit is exceeded Fiberlay reserves the right to cancel and/or revoke net terms without prior notice.
Returns. Merchandise may not be returned without first obtaining written authorization from Fiberlay, Inc. pursuant to its then applicable return authorization procedures. All returns are subject to inspection and a 20% restocking charge.
